Meter offer open to insulin users resident in the UK/ROI aged 16 or over only, excluding existing users of a OneTouch^® Verio^®Pro, OneTouch^® UltraEasy^®, OneTouch^® Ultra^®2, OneTouch^® Vita^® or OneTouch^® UltraSmart^® Blood Glucose Meter.

Offer closing date 30th April 2012. Applicants eligible for the offer will be given a free OneTouch^® UltraEasy^® meter including OneTouch^® Ultra^® test strips (available to UK/ROI residents) or a OneTouch^® Verio^®Pro meter including OneTouch^® Verio^® test strips (available to UK residents only), and will receive a questionnaire about their experience of using their OneTouch^® meter to complete and return in the reply paid envelope provided.

UK residents receiving a OneTouch^® UltraEasy^® or OneTouch^® Verio^®Pro meter will also be given a OneTouch^® Comfort^™ lancing device. ROI residents receiving a OneTouch^® UltraEasy^® meter will also be given a Mini OneTouch^® lancing device.

Only one free OneTouch^® meter and lancing device per person. Meters, including choice of colour for the OneTouch^® UltraEasy^® meter, and lancing devices, are subject to availability. This offer is limited to a maximum of 5,000 free OneTouch^® UltraEasy meters and 8,000 OneTouch^® Verio^®Pro meters. Allow 28 days for delivery.
